Program Description
The Nationwide Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Initiative (NSI) Line Officer Training provides frontline law enforcement personnel with training to supplement their observation skills in recognizing behaviors and incidents that may indicate criminal activity associated with, or leading up to, terrorism. The training focuses on the critical role line officers have in the effective implementation of the SAR process by identifying - and documenting - suspicious activity.
