Approximately 52% of LEAPS.TV programs are viewed as 24x7 reruns during the four weeks following a live broadcast and an increasing number of agencies are integrating LEAPS.TV into their training and briefings of management and senior staff.

In tihs analysis School/University has been separated, and represents 7% of the total but    should actually be included in Sheriff/Police which would bring Sheriff/Police to 30%. Fully two thirds of LEAPS.TV viewers are    local with a fairly even distribution over the remaining categories.
