Presenters and Moderators are typically from agencies involved in the program topic but might be association representatives, trainers, vendors, members of standards organizations or anyone with knowledge to share. PRODUCERs work with the Executive Producer, Director and the rest of the LEAPS.TV team to produce LEAPS.TV broadcast programs. Producers might develop specials, mini-series or series and might present the program themselves, be a moderator or simply recruit the guests and technical advisors. Producers are paid for producing sponsor-paid broadcast programs.

HOSTs and TECHNICAL ADVISERs have important behind the scenes roles at LEAPS.TV. Hosts help get the word out about LEAPS.TV programs to their employees, members, affiliates, colleagues and anyone else with whom they might have contact. Host's logos appear in the LEAPS.TV program description and on program materials. Technical Advisers assure that program information is not only accurate but pertinent to the audience. SPONSORs pay for broadcast LEAPS.TV programs so that Viewers may watch those programs for free, just like traditional, broadcast TV. Unlike traditional broadcast TV, however, LEAPS.TV programs are shown without commercial interruptions. Instead, SPONSOR logos appear before the program begins and at the end. Viewers given an opportunity to thank Sponsors for their support in the follow-up email that is sent after the program is viewed.
